Technical Recruiter works with the Resource Manager to identify the most talented consultants available across multiple geographies, skill areas, and industry backgrounds. The Senior Technical Recruiter serves as the main point of contact for any new business and maintains existing business. The Senior Technical Recruiter uses our proprietary e-technology tool to coordinate job requisitions for information technologists such as software developers, systems engineers, architects, systems analyst and other similar information technology positions.
A B.A. or B.S. degree and two to three years of experience in IT recruiting, staffing agency, inside sales, and/or vendor-client account management or an A.A degree and four to five years of industry experience is required. Check Career Opportunities for current openings.
HR Operations Analyst performs various HR functions to facilitate the seamless on-boarding & off-boarding of Pinnacle’s internal associates and external consultants. The Operations Analyst works in the areas of operations, accounting, human resources, payroll & time sheet reconciliations, benefits administration, verifications, employee relations and contract negotiations.
A bachelor’s degree is preferred but an AA degree plus industry related experience will be considered. Three to five years of stable work history and/or related industry experience is required. Check Career Opportunities for current openings.
Accountant/Business Analyst works in a fast-paced, process driven, high volume environment to accurately prepare, review, assist with, and/or approve journal entries, general ledger accounts, payroll & time reports, expense reports and invoices. Advanced MS Excel skills required.
