Job Referral Terms and Conditions

• Referral fees are determined by Pinnacle in its sole discretion based on the ultimate bill rate to Pinnacle’s client, and are subject to change without notice
• Payment of referral fees is subject to the completion of at least one month of billable services by the referred candidate
• Referred candidates must apply for a position with Pinnacle within 30 days of your referral for you to remain eligible for the payment of a referral fee
• Individuals may not refer themselves
• Individuals may not be referred to Pinnacle by more than one person (but may be referred to multiple positions by the same person).  If more than one person refers the same individual, only the first referral will be honored
• Referral fees will not be paid for individuals who are currently working for Pinnacle or who are currently is discussions with Pinnacle regarding an assignment
• Referral fees will not be paid to the employer of the referred consultant (or to an affiliate of such employer)
• Internal employees, their immediate family members and dependents and members of their household are not eligible for referral fees unless explicitly authorized in writing by Pinnacle
• Pinnacle’s clients, their employees, immediate family members and dependents, and members of their households are not eligible for referral fees unless explicitly authorized in writing by Pinnacle
• Pinnacle reserves the right to request additional information from any party seeking a referral fee to establish such party’s compliance with these terms and conditions
