In Nina Vaca’s opinion, the largest obstacles women in business face are the ones that turn up when female professionals lose sight of their plans.
“It is not that I believe that challenges don’t still exist,” the CEO and founder of Pinnacle Technical Resources said, “but I believe that the power of the individual to overcome them is unlimited.”
The last decade of Pinnacle’s progress supports Vaca’s theory. The company’s past 10 years have been a season of growth, one that took Pinnacle from a mere idea that Vaca conceived to inclusion in the Top 100 of the list of 500 of the fastest-growing companies nationwide, the top 10 of the 100 fastest-growing businesses in Dallas and consecutive Top 3 rankings in Staffing Industry Report’s annual list of the fastest growing companies in the Unites States. And recently, Pinnacle was named Supplier of the Year by the National Minority Supplier Development Council, the certifying body of all minority business councils nationwide.
