DALLAS, TX, 11/14/2008 — Pinnacle Technical Resources, Inc. announced today that Nina Vaca has been given the “Empire Builder” award by The Greater Dallas Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. Accepting the award were Pinnacle’s Senior Vice President, Freddy Vaca and Vice President of Human Resources, Jessica Narvaez.
