Design/Development of Operations Voice Portal (OVP)

 

Business Question/Need
This application is aimed at providing an alternative way of accessing frame responders present in all CO's (central offices), initially in New Jersey and subsequently in all regions within United States. Sets of conditions can be forced on any telephone line connected to the frame responder by accessing the frame responders though RS232 interface or through telnet application and executing sets of frame responder commands
 
Technical Solution
Pinnacle designed and implemented a foolproof architecture for 24x7 availability. Highly configurable J2EE application architecture with a high usability GUI and voice interfaces mark the salient features for this frame responder application. Pinnacle delivered Phases I, II, and III of this project on-time and within budget, resulting in a further extension for Phase IV and a potential expansion of Pinnacle’s areas of responsibility.
