ProgataTM is Pinnacle’s proprietary, integrated web portal supporting recruiting, staffing, payrolling and vendor management operations.
ProgataTM has completely automated and streamlined the process by many large companies procure and manage their contract labor suppliers across all segments of the contract labor market (e.g., IT, Engineering, Legal, Accounting, etc.). From the posting of online job requisitions to the finalizing of timesheets and payroll, to the tracking of all related performance metrics, ProgataTM manages all of Pinnacle’s business activities with respect to our clients, recruiters and vendors.
ProgataTM manages over 40 active clients, 1,000 third party vendors, 2,300 active consultants, 2000 hiring managers, and 80,000 candidates. It is in use not only firm wide but is also used by our clients, vendors and consultants.

ProgataTM is also the online information collection mechanism through which management receives real-time information on virtually any aspect of Pinnacle’s operations. This data is accessed through a range of web forms, data extracts and reports, both standardized and customized, that enable Pinnacle, its clients and its vendors to engage in continuous performance monitoring, system to system data integration, and process improvement on a daily basis.
Among its functions, Pinnacle’s ProgataTM solution provides all of the following:
- Full online entry/distribution of all job requisitions, candidate submittals and status changes and timesheet entry and approval
- Flexible filtering capability allowing unlimited searches from the minimum required skill levels to all encompassing skill sets
- Online interview scheduling with integrated e-mail notices
- Employee hiring and termination process and all related business processes are fully mapped
- All employee-related data is captured fully within ProgataTM (e.g., contact info, position info, hours & rates, billing, payments, etc.)
- On-line tracking and reporting of contractor staff's time
- Online timecard and expense submission and approval including automated processing
- Customized reporting is available supporting a wide array of data representing detailed business attributes and real-time transaction information
- Full online visibility re pending timesheets, pending invoices, actual payments, approved expenses, open job requisitions, candidates statuses, and engagement details
- Detailed supplier performance metrics tracking including 14 different candidate statuses and 14 different reasons for termination, all time/date-stamped for additional metrics tracking and reporting
Despite its high functionality, ProgataTM is implemented as a stand-alone system with few add-on dependencies. It is a fully web-based, ASP-hosted system and as such does not require integration with the client’s IT systems nor does it require any IT-related support. And, the entire Progata system is fully operational from Day 1, meaning that system users can immediately begin to enter new job requisitions, request candidate submissions, create new engagements, and approve timecards.
