Daily responsibilities include (but not limited to):

·       Effectively communicate with a variety of professionals at all levels of the organization

·       Work with Managers to help identify skill sets needed along with providing a qualified candidate pool

·       Conduct intake sessions and supplier calls

·       Interview scheduling

·       Manage vendor protocol that aligns with program policies

·       Attend weekly meetings with team and other stakeholders

·       Full life cycle management of requests

·       Develop reporting that meets the needs of the business group

·       Support onboarding & offboarding

·       Provide weekly updates for new hires

·       Maintain daily/weekly req report (open contract positions)

·       Attend leadership meetings and provide feedback on current open positions

·       Work with MS office, specifically PowerPoint & Excel

·       Support future business unit roll-outs

·       Meeting and greeting candidates for interviews

·       Coordinating first day orientation for contractor hires with several  different groups, including IT, Facilities, and Security

·       Conduct supplier reviews (scorecards)

·       Vetting suppliers for program access

·       Assisting with Quarterly Business Reviews

·       Assist with training managers, suppliers, contractors (on systems, processes, etc.) in formal settings, online or 1:1


·       Onsite at client site Monday – Friday, standard business hours

·       Ability to flex between day to day operations and implementation projects/tasks

·       Work in both Pinnacle system and client’s systems (review data/enter data/update data/audit data)

·       Comfortable working on the same tasks each day (resume review, interview coordination, onboarding, client & supplier communication)

·       Effective communication skills within a demanding environment (e.g. ability to read a room or body language and communicate effectively)

Required Skills:

·       Onsite/Client Facing Experience with a high touch client

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·       Experience with MS office with emphasis in Excel (a live Excel test will be given)

·       Proven ability to effectively manage time and prioritize

·       Desire and motivation to learn on a daily basis

·       Work comfortably with little supervision or direction
