- As a member of Client Service Operations SCRUM team candidate will be responsible for development of solutions within the ServiceNow environment required to support ITIL Incident, Problem and Change Management.
- Ability to Identify issues or deficiencies, and recommend solutions, with a mindset for continuous improvement.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other ServiceNow developers or SCRUM teams.
- 3 plus years ServiceNow development.
- ServiceNow Admin Certification.
- ITIL Experience.
- 1 year Rest or SOAP Web services.
- Scrum or Agile Experience.
Nice to have:
- Scripting experience, CSS or Angularjs or JQuery or Jelly.
- 3 plus years Rest or SOAP Web services.
- ITIL Foundation.
- Scrum Master Certified.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist.
