Contingent Workforce Program (CWP)

The totality of an entity’s need for and use of contingent workers and the third party firms that provide them, including temporary staffing, services procurement, RPO, payrolling, talent communities, and other forms of contingent labor. A single company can have multiple CWPs operating at the divisional or subsidiary level.
