Pinnacle Group
An arrangement where the managed service provider (MSP) acts as the principal contractual and payment intermediary for temporary workers supplied by second tier staffing companies. The MSP may also be a payment intermediary for independent contractors/freelancers or Statement of Work (SOW) contractors whether they were supplied though an agency or not.
